  •  It was 78 years ago when Karl Knauz the father of the current chairman, Bill Knauz, created the dealership that would bear his name for generations to come. After years of being a chauffeur, Karl opened a gas station in Lake Forest. Little did he imagine that his empire would come to be one of the most recognized dealerships in the country. Today, our franchises at our 30 acre Autopark include: Mercedes-Benz, BMW, MINI, Land Rover, Hyundai and smart (with Mercedes-Benz going all the way back to 1959). They have weathered the good times and the bad, and done so with a smile.

  • This year Mercedes-Benz introduced the Ninth Generation E-class with the sedan and coupe versions available now with the wagon and convertible versions available this Spring.

Courtesy loaner vehicles may be available for service appointments
  • When you set up your appointment for service, your client care advisor will do their best to accommodate your needs. While we will do our best to have a like brand vehicle available?there will be times when we will need to provide a rental vehicle for your use. This service is only provided to Knauz preferred customers and is not available in our collision and detail centers.
 
Courtesy shuttle service to your workplace or home
  • When you drop off your vehicle for service, we offer complimentary shuttle transportation to your home, office or one of the local train stations. Our shuttle service operates Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.
 
Pick-Up And Delivery may be Available For Scheduled Service Visits
  • If you need to have your vehicle serviced, but circumstances prevent you from dropping your vehicle off, please speak to your Client Care Advisor. We will attempt to accommodate you and pick-up your vehicle and return it when the service is completed. This special service is only available to Knauz preferred customers.
 
Knauz Parts, Accessories & Boutique Departments
  • All of our parts departments offer a full line of genuine factory parts and accessories for your vehicle. Whether you need a new set of wiper blades, a set of running boards or a factory authorized performance enhancement component, our factory trained parts personnel are here to assist you.
  • With almost $2,000,000.00 in parts and accessories inventory available daily it is likely your item will be in stock, in addition we can always special order any unique parts or accessory for you.
  • Competitive pricing on all tire brands along with special tire & wheel packages designed and approved for your vehicle.
  • Each of our dealerships also has their own boutique. In each of these boutiques you will find a nice selection of apparel and brand specific collectibles, including models, license plate frames and more. You may also want to consider one of our gift certificates for that die-hard car person you know.
