SCHEDULING A SERVICE APPOINTMENT

At Knauz, we value your time as well as your business. That's why we have streamlined the entire process for servicing your vehicle. One call to Knauz and a Client Care Advisor will coordinate the servicing of your automobile, from scheduling your appointment to the time you pick-up your vehicle. Your Client Care Advisor is your personal liason for all your questions and needs. Your advisor can also arrange for a courtesy vehicle, shuttle service or pick-up and delivery services. We ask that you please schedule a service appointment in advance when possible. This will help ensure that your vehicle repairs or maintenance needs are completed in a timely manner.
